After your stay, Uniplaces sends you a review invitation by email. Rate your experience and write a comment — your review helps future tenants choose safely.
How to Write a Review After Your Stay
When you review the place you stayed in, you are helping tenants everywhere. You lived there for days, weeks or months, so you know what it is really like — and that is exactly what someone looking for a place wants to know.
Who can leave a review
Only tenants and landlords with a booking paid and confirmed through www.uniplaces.com can leave a review.
When can you submit your review
You have up to 4 weeks after your move-out date to leave a review. Uniplaces will send you an email with a quick and easy way to share your thoughts about the place and your landlord.
If you have not received the email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at customercare@uniplaces.com.
Review guidelines
We ask you to be honest, clear and, above all, useful — to tenants and accommodation providers alike. Please keep these guidelines in mind when writing a review or replying to one. We may ask you to edit your review if it breaches any of them. To avoid this, make sure your review:
- Does not contain violent or coarse language;
- Does not contain ethical, political or discriminatory content;
- Does not disclose any private or sensitive information about another person;
- Does not contain any promotional or advertising content;
- Refers to the offer you booked and to your own experience in that space;
- Is not written out of spite or ill will towards someone else;
- Accurately reflects any issues or defects that were previously reported to us.
- Frequently asked questions
What if your review mentions a problem you never reported to Uniplaces?
If your review mentions a problem that was not formally addressed to Uniplaces, we may ask you to edit it. This is so we can make sure your feedback is heard and taken into account, and make any necessary corrections based on it. If you have an issue you have not yet reported, please reach out to us first at customercare@uniplaces.com before writing your review.
Can a landlord respond to my review?
Yes — landlords can respond publicly to tenant reviews on their listing page. A landlord’s response appears beneath your review and is visible to all future tenants.
What if I want to report a review that I believe is unfair or inaccurate?
If you’re a landlord and believe a review violates Uniplaces’ review guidelines — for example, it contains false information or offensive content — contact the support team with the details. Reviews are moderated against platform guidelines.
What is displayed with your review
Along with your review, we display your first name, your age range and your nationality.
