Log in to Uniplaces and click your profile icon to reach your Personal Dashboard. From there you can manage bookings, payments, messages and account settings in one place.
How to access your Personal Dashboard
- Go to uniplaces.com and click Login in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your email address and password — or log in with your Google account if that’s how you signed up.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner once you’re logged in.
- Select ‘Dashboard’ from the dropdown menu.
Your Personal Dashboard opens. Everything related to your account — bookings, payments, documents and messages — is accessible from here.
What if a step doesn’t work?
- Forgotten password — click Forgot password on the login page. See How to Reset or Change Your Uniplaces Password for full instructions.
- Google login not working — try logging in with your email and password instead. If you’ve never set a password, use the forgot password flow to create one.
- Account not found — check that you’re using the email address you registered with. If you still can’t access your account, contact the Uniplaces support team.
What can you do in the Personal Dashboard?
Your Personal Dashboard is your central hub for everything on Uniplaces. From here you can:
- Bookings — view confirmed, pending and past bookings, download proof of accommodation, and manage extensions or cancellations
- Payments — view your payment history, download receipts and update your payment method
- Messages — communicate with landlords for confirmed bookings
- Profile — update your name, bio and profile information that landlords see when you send a booking request
- Account settings — change your email address, password and notification preferences
- Documents — download your proof of accommodation letter and other booking documents
Frequently asked questions
Can I access my Personal Dashboard on mobile?
Yes — the Uniplaces Personal Dashboard is fully accessible on mobile browsers. Log in at uniplaces.com on your phone and navigate to your Personal Dashboard the same way as on desktop.
Why can’t I see my booking in the Personal Dashboard?
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email address you used when booking. If the booking still doesn’t appear, contact the Uniplaces support team with your booking reference and they’ll locate it for you.
Can I manage multiple bookings from the same Personal Dashboard?
Yes — all your bookings, past and present, appear in your Personal Dashboard. Select the one you want to manage and all related details, documents and payment history are available within that booking view.
Can I use the same account as both a tenant and a landlord?
Yes — your Uniplaces account can be used for both tenant and landlord activity. Switch between tenant and landlord views from your Personal Dashboard settings. [VERIFY: confirm whether a single account supports both roles]
