Log in to Uniplaces and click your profile icon to reach your Personal Dashboard. From there you can view your bookings and manage your account in one place.
How to access your Personal Dashboard
- Go to uniplaces.com and click Login in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your email address and password — or log in with your Google account if that’s how you signed up.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner once you’re logged in.
- Select ‘Dashboard’ from the dropdown menu.
Your Personal Dashboard opens. From here you can see your bookings and manage your account details.
What if a step doesn’t work?
- Forgotten password — click Forgot password on the login page. See How to Reset or Change Your Uniplaces Password for full instructions.
- Google login not working — try logging in with your email and password instead. If you’ve never set a password, use the forgot password flow to create one.
- Account not found — check that you’re using the email address you registered with. If you still can’t access your account, contact the Uniplaces support team.
What can you do in the Personal Dashboard?
Your Personal Dashboard is where you keep track of your account and bookings. From here you can:
- View your bookings — see confirmed, pending and past bookings, including booking details and status
- Edit your profile — update your name, bio, profile picture and the information landlords see when you send a booking request
- Manage account settings — change your email address, password and notification preferences
- Save favourites and searches — keep listings you’re interested in and get alerts for new ones matching your saved searches
What needs to go through support?
The Personal Dashboard is mostly for viewing. For anything actionable on your booking, contact our support team:
- Downloading your proof of accommodation for visa applications
- Downloading payment receipts or viewing detailed payment history
- Messaging your landlord after a booking is confirmed
- Requesting an extension to your stay
- Cancelling a pending request or confirmed booking
- Any other change to your booking
Our team will handle these requests for you — just contact support with your booking reference.

How do I download my proof of accommodation or contact my landlord?
These actions aren’t available directly in the Personal Dashboard. Contact our support team with your booking reference and they’ll send you your proof of accommodation, pass a message to your landlord, or help with any other booking-related request.
Can I access my Personal Dashboard on mobile?
Yes — the Uniplaces Personal Dashboard is fully accessible on mobile browsers. Log in at uniplaces.com on your phone and navigate to your Personal Dashboard the same way as on desktop.
Why can’t I see my booking in the Personal Dashboard?
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email address you used when booking. If the booking still doesn’t appear, contact the Uniplaces support team with your booking reference and they’ll locate it for you.
