What are Sponsored Listings?
Sponsored Listings appear at the top of Uniplaces search results when tenants search in your city — above all regular (non-sponsored) listings. Being sponsored means your property is one of the first things tenants see, which can significantly increase views and booking requests.
Uniplaces offers 15 days of free sponsored listing credits when you refer another landlord to the platform. It’s one of the fastest ways to give your listing more visibility at no cost.
How to get your free Sponsored Listing
It’s simple — refer a friend who is also a landlord:
- Uniplaces sends you your unique referral link and Reference ID by email — share them with another landlord
- Your contact fills in the referral form, enters your Reference ID, and publishes their listing on Uniplaces
- Once their listing is published, you both receive 15 days of free Sponsored Listings, credited to your Uniplaces accounts
- You have 6 months to use your sponsored listing credits
The listing you choose to sponsor will appear at the top of search results for the duration of your credits — giving it more views and more visibility to potential tenants.
How to activate a Sponsored Listing
- Log in and go to your Personal Dashboard
- Go to your listing and select the sponsored listing option
- Apply your free credits to activate the sponsorship
- Your listing will appear at the top of relevant search results for the duration of the credit

Programme conditions
- The referred landlord must enter your Reference ID on the referral form — without it, the referral cannot be tracked
- Credits expire 6 months after they are awarded — activate them before then
- Uniplaces may change or withdraw this programme at any time (Terms of Service 21.6)

Getting sponsored gets you seen — but a strong listing is what converts views into bookings:
- Lead with your best photo — the cover photo is what tenants see first in search results. Make it your most attractive image.
- Keep your price competitive — being sponsored gets you seen; being well-priced gets you booked.
- Respond fast — sponsored listings that receive requests but don’t respond quickly lose the advantage. Aim to respond within a few hours, and always within the 48-hour window before a request expires.
- Keep your calendar accurate — an outdated calendar wastes sponsored impressions on tenants who find unavailable dates.
