After your stay, Uniplaces sends you a review invitation by email. Rate your experience and write a comment — your review helps future tenants choose safely.
How to write your review
- Receive your review invitation — Uniplaces sends you an email after your stay ends with a direct link to leave your review. Check your inbox a day or two after your move-out date.
- Click the link or go to Personal Dashboard → Reviews — you can also access the review form directly from your Personal Dashboard under your completed booking.
- Rate your experience — give a rating from 1 to 5 stars based on your overall stay. Consider the property condition, the landlord’s responsiveness and whether the listing accurately represented the accommodation.
- Write your comment — share what was good, what could be better, and anything future tenants should know. Be specific and honest — vague reviews are less helpful than detailed ones.
- Submit your review — click submit to publish. Your review goes live on the listing page immediately or after a brief moderation check.
What if a step doesn’t work?
- Review invitation email not received — check your spam folder. You can also access the review form directly from your Personal Dashboard under your completed booking.
- Review link expired — the invitation link has a limited validity window. Go to your Personal Dashboard and find the review option under your completed booking instead.
- Review not submitting — make sure both a star rating and a written comment are included. Both fields are required. If the issue continues, contact the Uniplaces support team.
Can you edit a review after submitting?
Once a review is submitted, it cannot be edited. Take a moment to read through your comment before hitting submit — check for accuracy and tone. If you submitted a review in error or want to request a correction, contact the Uniplaces support team. Changes are made at Uniplaces’ discretion.
Are reviews public?
Yes — all submitted reviews are visible on the listing page where you stayed. Your name (or a shortened version of it) appears alongside your rating and comment. Future tenants searching for accommodation in the same area will see your review when viewing the listing.
Reviews are one of the most useful tools tenants have when choosing accommodation — honest, detailed feedback genuinely helps people make better decisions. If your stay was great, say so. If something wasn’t right, be specific about what it was.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to leave a review?
The review window opens after your stay ends and remains open for a limited period. Check your email for the invitation link as soon as your stay is complete — don’t leave it too long or the window may close. [VERIFY: confirm exact review window duration]
Can a landlord respond to my review?
Yes — landlords can respond publicly to tenant reviews on their listing page. A landlord’s response appears beneath your review and is visible to all future tenants.
What if I want to report a review that I believe is unfair or inaccurate?
If you’re a landlord and believe a review violates Uniplaces’ review guidelines — for example, it contains false information or offensive content — contact the support team with the details. Reviews are moderated against platform guidelines.
Can I review a Uniresidences stay?
Yes — the review process is the same for all booking types, including Uniresidences. You’ll receive a review invitation after your stay ends and can submit your rating and comment through the standard process.
