How the programme works
The Uniplaces Landlord Referral Programme rewards you for growing the community. Here’s how it works:
- You earn €100 when the landlord you referred completes their first paid booking
- You earn €100 for each paid booking they make over the following year
- Your referral earns €100 on their first paid booking — everyone wins
There’s no limit on the number of landlords you can refer. Each one who joins and starts booking earns you ongoing rewards for a full year.
How to refer a landlord
Uniplaces sends you your unique referral link and Reference ID by email. Once you have it:
- Share your referral link with other landlords via SMS, email, Telegram or WhatsApp
- When your contact fills in the referral form, they enter your unique Reference ID so Uniplaces can track your bonus
- Once their first paid booking completes, your reward is credited automatically
The referred landlord must enter your Reference ID when filling in the referral form — without it, the referral cannot be tracked and no reward will be generated. If you haven’t received your referral email, contact the Uniplaces support team.
When is the reward paid?
Your first €100 reward is triggered when the landlord you referred completes their first paid booking. After that, you earn €100 for each additional paid booking they confirm over the next 12 months.
Rewards are credited to your account automatically. Check the Referral Programme section of your Personal Dashboard to track your referrals, their booking status and your earned rewards.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on how much I can earn?
No — there is no cap on total earnings from the referral programme. The more landlords you refer, and the more bookings they confirm over their first year, the more you earn. Each referred landlord generates up to a full year of ongoing rewards.
What if the landlord I referred doesn’t enter my Reference ID?
The referral can only be tracked if your Reference ID is entered when they fill in the referral form. Make sure to share your ID clearly alongside your referral link. If there’s been an error, contact the Uniplaces support team with details and they’ll investigate.
Can I refer a landlord who already has a Uniplaces account?
No — the referral programme is for new landlords only. If someone already has a Uniplaces account, referring them won’t generate a reward. Share your link with landlords who haven’t yet joined the platform.
How do I get my unique Reference ID?
Uniplaces sends your unique Reference ID and referral link by email. If you haven’t received it, contact the Uniplaces support team and they’ll provide your details.
