FCM (Faculdade de Ciências Médicas) is the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the NOVA University of Lisbon. The faculty is autonomously run from its parent university but shares its core values in every way. The faculty is located in the beautiful Campo Mártires da Pátria square, in the same building that housed the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Medicine, which has since moved to the city's main campus. To accommodate for its growing student body, FCM is currently expanding its headquarters to a nearby building, so you can count on this faculty being a future-proof bet! Plus, its student union has a strong community that is always looking out for the best for FCM's students. To get to NOVA's Faculty of Medical Sciences, you can either take the metro’s blue or green lines to “Avenida” or "Intendente" stations, or one of the buses servicing the area (723, 730, 760 and 767). The buses drop you off closer to FCM.
