This coliving building is a new accommodation concept in Porto that has fully furnished rooms, where you can enjoy all the advantages of living in a coliving. The location of our coliving facilities is unbeatable. We are located in Porto, very close to the university area of Asprela and Hospital de São João. Here, you just have to enjoy your stay without worries or surprises, we take care of everything! > Expenses included in the price > Single rooms with private bathroom > Fully furnished kitchen > Community and Coliving Experience > Flexible booking according to your needs > Services included Overnight guests allowed for up to 10 days (3 nights for free and then another 7 for an extra 20€). The booking fee (195€) is paid at the time of booking to the Landlord and the deposit up to 1 month before check-in.
