If you're headed to Barcelona and want to escape the madness of the centre, L'Hospitalet is the place for you! Well connected to the city centre, thanks to its connection to the city’s metro grid, the calm neighbourhood has a pace of its own. There are plenty of local grocery stores at your doorstep, as well as cafes, restaurants and museums. Roman remains can be found in the Hospitalet Museum of History. In the area there is no shortage of wineries where you can go for lunch or dinner. Another great advantage of the city is its proximity to the airport of Barcelona.
