The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Please note there are 10 steps to access the property. The building is situated in an elegant residential area of Rome, characterized by Umbertine-style buildings and a peaceful and refined atmosphere. It offers excellent connections to the city center. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60x1.90mt), clothing rack and fan; - BEDROOM II with double bed (1.60x1.90mt), wardrobe, bookshelf, armchair and split A/C; - BEDROOM III with single bed (1.20x1.90mt), wardrobe, desk with chair and split A/C; - BEDROOM IV with double bed (1.60x1.90mt), wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, split A/C and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - LIVING ROOM with 2 sofas, SMART TV, dining table with chairs and split A/C; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, wine glasses and a small table with chairs; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via splits (split A/C in three bedrooms and in the living room), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Lungotevere delle Navi is the stretch of the Lungotevere that connects Ponte Giacomo Matteotti to Piazzale delle Belle Arti, located in the Flaminio district. The street is named after the Italian Navy, whose ministerial headquarters, Palazzo Marina, is less than 150 meters from the apartment. This area offers a high-level residential environment, rich in history and culture. The presence of green spaces and the proximity to the river make it a particularly pleasant place for walking. The area is well connected to the city center, which can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. ATTRACTIONS: - Piazza del Popolo: 12 minutes on foot; - Villa Borghese: 15 minutes on foot; - Trevi Fountain: 20 minutes by public transport; - Piazza Navona: 22 minutes by public transport; - Pantheon: 26 minutes by public transport; - Colosseum: 30 minutes by public transport. Alternatively, from the "Flaminio" stop you can take another bus to the "Lungotevere delle Navi" (Lgt Delle Navi) stop, located right in front of the apartment. - From Rome Ciampino AIRPORT, you can take the shuttle bus to Termini Station. From there, you can take a bus to the "Flaminio" stop, which is a 12-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, from the "Flaminio" stop you can take another bus to the "Lungotevere delle Navi" (Lgt Delle Navi) stop, located right in front of the apartment. - From Termini STATION, you can take a bus to the "Flaminio" stop, which is a 12-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, from the "Flaminio" stop you can take another bus to the "Lungotevere delle Navi" (Lgt Delle Navi) stop, located right in front of the apartment. - If you are traveling by CAR, you can park on the street for a fee (blue lines). Parking can NOT be reserved. The building is outside the Traffic Restricted Area (ZTL).
