Please be aware there's a city tax of 3,50 euros to be paid for the first 10 days for a total of 35 euros per tenant. Bright one-bedroom flat in a villa surrounded by a garden with fruit trees: apricot, kiwi, medlar, lemon, plum and a small vegetable garden. The whole garden as well as the communal areas such as the stairs, the kitchen, the laundry room are covered by security cameras; furthermore, there is the possibility of parking your bicycle or scooter out of the rain, with a small supplement of 10 euro per month. The laundry service is present and available for a fee. Please note that cleaning is included with a change of towels and bed linen every 2 weeks. Pets are allowed with the approval and permission of the property. It is possible to have occasional guests upon approval of the property and paying 30 euros per night up to a maximum of 10 days, the amount will increase after the 10th day. Overnight guests will also have to pay for the city tax of 3,5 euros per night, up to 10 days. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. Parking is available for 200 euros per month.
