It is also situated between the Garden of Arca d’Água, the Amial and Outeiro area, easily accessible by metro and bus. The student accommodation offers several types of rooms, all of them with a kitchen and bathroom. Prices include all expenses, unlimited access to common areas, and fortnightly cleaning of your room. You can separately hire the cleaning service for fortnightly changes of bed and bath linens or the parking service for both cars or motorcycles.
