Only students and teachers allowed 🎓. All rooms in our residence have a private bathroom and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave and sink) and are fully equipped. All rooms have their own heating and air conditioning, as well as wired internet and Wi-Fi ✨. What's more, you won't have to worry about cleaning your room, bathroom, towels or sheets, as this is included once every 15 days 🧹. The basic rate is a fixed price and includes VAT, so in addition to cleaning, it includes all utilities such as water, electricity and internet, full access to common areas and all activities carried out at the residence. We also have a dining room service, where all menus are prepared daily by our chefs 🍽️👨‍🍳. We operate a ticket system 🎟️ where you can choose between half board or full board and organise your meals in the most flexible way.
