Please note that the rent does NOT include the following costs: Signature and contract registration fee, in case of rentals to companies and in apartments that do not benefit from the Italian flat tax on rental income cedolare secca, the accommodation provider will request a contract registration fee which corresponds to 1 percent of the total booking value starting from 49.50 euros. Living room and kitchen This elegant two-room apartment offers very spacious interiors. In fact, the living room houses a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a round glass dining table with four comfortable seats. In the same room there is the open kitchen, which gives the house a minimalist style thanks to the strong contrast of its white and black furniture. Bedroom and bathroom The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and two small and practical bedside tables. The room is full of different cabinets and shelves that are indispensable for order and organization: a wardrobe, a hanger, a cabinet with drawers and two shelves of different sizes. The room is equipped with a private bathroom that is equipped with every toilet. Between the bedroom and the living room there is the second bathroom which, like the first, is equipped with all the toilets and spacious shower.
