The street is named after the Italian Navy, whose ministerial headquarters, Palazzo Marina, is less than 150 meters from the apartment. This area offers a high-level residential environment, rich in history and culture. The presence of green spaces and the proximity to the river make it a particularly pleasant place for walking. The area is well connected to the city center, which can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
