The area surrounding Barcelona’s most famous cathedral, La Sagrada Família, is an up-scale neighbourhood, with broad streets laid out in a grid pattern, following a modernist architectural style. La Sagrada Familia hosts some of the Barcelona's finest restaurants. The many cafés and tapas in the area, give you a taste of the Catalan’s local delicious food. Gaudí’s masterpiece attracts a lot of the movement to the neighbourhood during day and night. The neighbourhood less known streets present a contrasting scenario, as they are usually calm and peaceful, allowing the locals to create a warming sense of community.
