During sunny days, people gather at one of the many parks the neighbourhood has to spend time with friends while drinking a beer or listening to an outdoor concert. The neighbourhood has some historical landmarks including a piece of still-standing Berlin wall.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is equipped with a new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Besides the living area are five double bedrooms. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. We have the same apartment located on the first, second, and third floors. The layout is the same, and the design might be different in each apartment. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. For you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move-in date. Without this payment, you`ll NOT be able to move in. Confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
