The type of deposit applicable was selected by the landlord. In case of a Holding Deposit, this refers to the amount you have to pay at the moment of Booking with the intention of "holding" a rental. This deposit is paid via Uniplaces and transferred to your Accommodation Provider. After your booking is accepted, if you decide to cancel it, this deposit will not be refunded. The deposit is transferred on booking acceptance to the Provider and returned on move-out, to cover for damages or early departure.
