Please note: After the completed application is received, a draft tenancy agreement will be prepared and sent via the online Hub for review. A €150 booking fee is required to secure the room. Around one month before arrival, tenants will be asked to log in again to pay a security deposit equal to 4 weeks’ rent and an advance payment of one month’s rent, with future instalments charged automatically on the 1st of each month. The monthly price may vary depending on the month, as rent is calculated on a weekly basis. Instalment options may not be available for tenancies outside standard periods. Service charges are not included in the rent and are charged at a fixed rate of €20 per week, covering electricity, internet, waste and on-site services (fair usage policy applies). The residence does not have a shared laundry room; instead, each room or cluster is equipped with its own washing machine. This accommodation offers a single-occupancy en-suite bedroom within an 8-bed cluster, designed to balance privacy and community living. The room measures approximately 13–14m² and includes a big single bed (120cm) with built-in storage, a wardrobe with shelving, a study desk with integrated magnetic whiteboard and ergonomic chair, USB ports, adjustable bedside lighting, a coat hook and a full-length mirror. The modern en-suite bathroom provides complete privacy, while the shared living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a communal lounge shared with seven other residents.
