The apartment is located in the Montagnola/Ardeatino neighborhood, a pleasant and convenient area with excellent amenities. It is located on Via Musco, a 15-minute walk from the San Paolo Metro B stop and the historic Garbatella and Ostiense neighborhoods, filled with quaint bars and restaurants open late into the evening. Tor Marancia Park and the historic Appian Way Park are just a short, pleasant stroll away. The area offers all amenities (bus stop, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, cinema, quaint bars, and pubs). Roma Tre University and UNINT (International Studies University of Rome) are a 15-minute walk or bus ride away. The proximity to the B-SAN PAOLO metro station allows you to travel to the center of Rome and the main train stations Termini, Tiburtina, and Ostiense/Roma Lido.
