Located in a condominium with a large garden, about a 5-minute walk and 30-step staircase from the main entrance. It features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. One bedroom can also be used as a study. The flat has no air conditioning but is equipped with fans. Please note that the building is being restored and has scaffolding on one facade of the building (main entrance living and sleeping area).
