Modern and bright apartment, perfect for 2 people, can offer a relaxing stay. The house is located near the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the military town Cecchignola, the EUR district Nuvola di Fuksas, Palalottomatica, Luneur, the Ifo hospital, the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, the airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino. It is convenient and comfortable for the relatives of the patients at the Campus Biomedico Hospital or for those who need several days' tests or treatments. Nice apartment of over 40 square meters, is located on the seventh floor of an elegant and modern building, with a lift. Comfortable and bright, it can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment consists of a beautiful and comfortable living area with a relaxation corner and a queen sofa bed, a nice bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, an open kitchen and a modern and functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning 2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area, WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Availability of a parking garage for a fee - 5 euros per day Garage size - floor -1 - internal width 2.40 m - internal depth 5.20 m - maximum allowed height 2.10 m - access width to the box 2.35 m - prof in front of the pits for maneuver 5.00 m Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem. At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of 3,50 euros per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00 - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
