Please be aware there's a city tax of 3,50 euros to be paid for the first 10 days for a total of 35 euros per tenant. Bright 8-room apartment on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with everything, even a dishwasher, a 'large room with tables and chairs, a bathroom and the laundry room with iron and ironing board. But the most exclusive thing is the garden with lawn and fruit trees, where guests use to dine in peace. Also included in the price is room cleaning with change of towels and sheets every 10 days, and in addition to electricity, water and gas charges, Wi-Fi is also included in the price. The whole garden as well as common areas such as stairs, kitchen, laundry room are covered by security cameras; also there is the possibility to park your bicycle or scooter out of the rain, with a small extra charge of 10 euros per month. Pets are allowed upon approval and permission of the property. You can have occasional guests in the double rooms upon approval of the property and paying 30 euros per night up to a maximum of 10 days, the amount will increase after the tenth day. Overnight guests will also have to pay for the city tax of 3,5 euros per night, up to 10 days. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces. There's a maintenance team at disposal of guests. Finally, there's a daily cleaning service of common areas.
