If you're looking for a place to share with other students, this one in Opera area is the right for you! This modern apartment has all the amenities you need to have a lovely stay in the city! The apartment is very well located, close to major spots in the city and it's surrounded by shops, coffee shops and restaurants! Plus, you can have the best of both worlds; living close to the city centre and still be away from the city hustle-bustle! You'll live quite close to Callao metro station, that will make your life much easier as it can take you anywhere! \r\nThe apartment includes fifteen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a nice and warm living room! \r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.\r\n\r\nWaste no more time! The perfect flat is right here! Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
