The monthly cost of rent of the whole apartment is 800 and includes cleaning fees organised every 2 weeks with staff selected by us. In addition to the cost of the rent there are the condominium expenses of 190 for up to 2 guests per month that include cold water, heating, cleaning of common spaces, running costs of the condominium and waste taxes. Electricity, internet and gas for hot water costs are excluded and paid upon invoice arrival every next month. All the supply contracts are on my name so you don't have to think about them. Roughly consider about 20 per electricity/month and 15 for gas/month. Some rules to be respected such as not make any noise after 10PM, not smoking inside the apartment and letting the cleaning staff enter every 2 weeks. Modern 2-bedroom flat, fully furnished and equipped, finished with modern and functional furniture and accessories. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. It has 2 balconies and a storage room. It includes appliances: TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. The rent includes cleaning of the flat by specialised personnel every 15 days. The flat is about 15 minutes walk from the main square Piazza Castello. It is 2 minutes from the city's main antique market "Il Balon" and the colourful and characteristic Borgo Dora with its renowned open-air market of Porta Palazzo. Around the flat there are several supermarkets, McFit gym, bars/fast food, restaurants, pharmacies and different kinds of shops. It is easily accessible by tram 4 which connects the flat directly to Porta Nuova train station in just 15 minutes. It is not possible to establish Residenza in this apartment.
