At the times that we where 10 people in the house it was crowded (for the fridge and the kitchen), but it finally worked out. I would definately recommend it to someone who is open to interact with lots of people everyday: I made friends, shared culture and had fun, while at the same time I managed to keep my privacy unspoiled. The cleaning in common spaces its done by a cleaning lady, though it was kinda dirty, still in bearable amount. The washing machine is a big problem because I had 2 times a month to use it and after that I had to pay to use it and It wasnt even done by me, but from the cleaning lady. I didnt want to mix with my roomates clothes, to have them done by someone else, on whatever time she wanted, so I used to take them in a nearby selfservice laundry. The price was ok in comparance with other erasmus room- still as my Porto friends told me the real estate prices are much lower for not foreigners, I guess thats an international problem. Lots of good memories and the picture of my green view from the window will stay.

搬出时间 三月 2018 · 20 到 29 岁 · 实习My room was really tiny, even if it suiited my needs. That made it easy to clean but also it couldn't fit a lot of stuff. Common areas are spacious and predispose to communicating with the rest of the inhabitants. It creates a good flatmateship, and I even made friends. However, they also get quite dirty (which always depends on whom you live with), and we had problems with the cleaning lady, who cleaned whenever she was in the mood for it, sometimes not at all. Location is superb, the house is right next to the university, and a lovely park, it has all types of supermarkets and shops around, it is connected to metro and busses to downtown. What I really could not get used to was the laundry sollution - there is no free access to the washing machine, which means that every time I needed to do the laundry, I had to write to the landlady to come do it for me. I was allowed to it every two weeks, and sometimes it was hard to find a place to hang it.
