The kitchen with 15m2 and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven and fridge. The apartment has a parking space available. On the street there is a super market, two pastry shops, a restaurant, and a pharmacy and a stationery store. There are several transportation options nearby, leading to the city's various universities within a 15-minute walk! There are parks for strolling within 5 minutes, the beach within 10 minutes, and it's located in an area with quick access to any point in the city via the traffic-free seaside roads.
