Here we find a sofa and a 50'' UHD Smart-TV with Youtube, Netflix and Prime Video. - The living area is lit by a magnificent balcony with an interior view, very private and quiet for relaxing. - There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, various utensils, and dishwasher. - The bathroom has a spacious shower with double shower head, with washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and Welcome-Kit. - The bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed, with a large closet perfect for those making longer stays. - The apartment, which features elegant parquet flooring, is air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and has free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for video work calls, downloading very heavy files and browsing social media, or just watching a movie. - Each guest will be provided with high-quality towels and linens free of charge. - The house can accommodate up to 2 people, so it is ideal for families, friends, couples and business trips. - The area has plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops and everything you need for a comfortable stay. RENT CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit.
