Cozy apartment of approximately 40 m2, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift. The property is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, an area full of all services and well connected thanks to local public transport. The structure consists of a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom. The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils), dining table and TV; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, split air conditioning ONLY in the living room, washing machine, clothesline and hairdryer.
