Beds for rent in a furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms. The property is on the ground floor of a building with an elevator. The property includes air conditioning. The tenant is required to pay an extra fee corresponding to 15 percent of the Booking Value to be paid once upon arrival. The Booking Value is the sum of the monthly rents excluding the bills. IMPORTANT: In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80 euros for a bedroom/bed in a shared apartment, 100 euros for a studio and 160 euros for one bedroom apartments. ALSO PLEASE NOTE that an extra fee of 80 euros will be charged in case of booking modification (after its confirmation). Extra costs: Cleaning Fee - Final cleaning fee 120 euros for beds and private bedrooms 150 euros for studios 200 euros for one-bedroom apartments. Deposit equal to 1.5 rent. Fixed Bills Fee - 70 euros/month for private and shared rooms (per person), 150 euros/month for studios and 200 euros/month for the apartments. Early or late hours for Check in and Check out. Check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17.30. If you want to check-in/out out of working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost of 100 euros.
