Valid passport and codice fiscale are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100 is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
