Extra costs: Cleaning Fee - Final cleaning fee 120 euros for beds and private bedrooms 150 euros for studios 200 euros for one-bedroom apartments. Deposit equal to 1.5 rent. Fixed Bills Fee - 70 euros/month for private and shared rooms per person, 150 euros/month for studios and 200 euros/month for the apartments. Early or late hours for Check in and Check out. Check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17.00. If you want to check-in/out out of working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost of 100 euros.
