When I moved in, the house was quite messy & had damages but the landlord has been great at taking care of it. Expensive, as bills not included, but Lisbon is not cheap. Overall -highly recommend it!

But I agree with the previous review that in winter season (starting late October) the apartment gets very wet and cold so that is not possible to dry clothes properly. Because of the heavy rains and high moisture in Nov 2018, all of the bedroom wall got covered in mold.

搬出时间 六月 2018 · 30 到 39 岁 · 实习The flat is close to the picture and we had a fantastic time there. Only in the winter months it was cold. Cause the insulation has in Portugal a other standard. But their are some oil radiators in the flat. The neighborhood was very portuguese. The old ladys around us always greeted friendly. I found the apartment expensive. But my workcollegs said thats normal for Lisbon. It was a fantastic time. Enjoys it!
