搬出时间 三月 2018 · 30 到 39 岁 · 专业The house is very nice, cosy and warm, we were there during the winter and never felt cold. There is great storage space, a lot of windows in the living room that ventilate the apartment and let the sun in. The living room is spacious enough for you to invite a few friends over for dinner if you like. The kitchen is small, but good enough for a couple, we cooked every meal there, even our NYE dinner for a few friends. The room is nice and warm as well. The only thing I though it would be an issue was the bathroom, because it’s quite small (3 square meters) and there is no glass shield protecting the shower, but it wasn’t a problem at all, we just had to mop the floor after every shower. It was actually a good way to keep our bathroom always clean. In regards to the neighbourhood, very convenient, close to everything in the center, a beautiful miradouro just behind the house, subway, bus and tram 3 minutes away, restaurants and shops 1 minute away, supermarkets 5 minutes. Just keep in mind that u r at the heart of Mouraria so the locals are a bit noisy, but that is also part of the Portuguese experience and don’t worry, u can’t hear a thing from the bedroom. I extremely recommend this place and the landlord, I’m sure u will be very happy there.
