Located in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of Wilmersdorf, this fully equipped three-room apartment offers you everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk inthe famous Kudamm. Relax afterwards on your balcony or the dreamlike community terrace. You live in a side street of kurfürstendamm . It could not be better! The living area boasts with an open kitchen and a bar that invites to a late-night drink. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and a large fridge-freezer. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen. Traffic technically you are perfectly connected. The U7 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations Konstanzer Straße and kurfürstendamm are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a three-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
