Everything is included in the price (Wi-Fi, utility bills, air conditioning etc.), we also offer additional services such as weekly cleaning of rooms and car park. We organise a program of events and excursions to make our residents feel at home, and we offer an exclusive discount card for our residents at bars, restaurants and many more places in the surroundings. Our offer includes fully furnished studios and rooms with bed, desk, wardrobe, chair, shelves, private or shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen in the studios and apartments is equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, ceramic hob and numerous storage spaces. The price includes air conditioning/heating, water, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, VAT and use of facilities: gym, games room, study room, rooftop terrace and swimming pool, cinema and laundry. It is possible to hire an additional cleaning and parking service.
