Contract available to start from 16th August 2025. Payment conditions: The admin fee needs to be paid immediately by bank transfer, and the deposit has to be paid before the check in. It's also necessary to fill a form that will be provided to you. Please note that only students will be admitted. A proof of university attendance will be requested upon check-in. Cleaning is not included. There is a €66 fee to have weekly cleaning. Our student accommodation is just a few metres from the city’s cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. It’s also next to the Universidad de Salamanca, with some of the faculties, such as Educación and Ciencias, less than a 10-minute walk away. Could the location be any better?
