And all of this in one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal! • In the heart of a quiet Porto neighbourhood, the residence is at the main axis of the University of Porto, as well as close to several faculties and schools. Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket for your shopping needs, and public transport just 3 minutes away, allowing you to reach the city centre and its main attractions quickly. • Weekly cleaning of common areas and monthly cleaning of rooms included. • Maximum age is 35. • After the reservation is accepted by Uniplaces, you must complete the registration process, sign the tenancy agreement and make the required payments: a €800 deposit and a €195 registration fee. Visitors are allowed subject to a fee. • The reservation fee is non-refundable. Regarding the deposit, if you cancel the reservation more than 60 days before the contract start date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between 31 and 60 days before, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less before the contract start date, the deposit will not be refunded.
