Lovely residence in the heart of the Richter – Port Marianne district

The residence is organised around several living areas. These living spaces are designed to ensure your comfort and success. In studios and T1 apartments, the office area will enable you to study in the best conditions; the kitchen area will revitalise you; the sleeping area will enable you to rest; and finally, the bathroom area will enable you to take care of yourself. T2 apartments can accommodate two people, couples or flat-shares. The beds and kitchenette are arranged differently depending on the desired configuration. For a shared apartment, we provide a single bed in the bedroom and another in the living room. For a couple, the main room features the kitchenette, while the bedroom has a double bed.
