Please note that: Rates are valid from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum age 18. Departures in October, November and December will not be accepted. A booking fee of £25 per person applies. A refundable deposit per person applies. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks, plus booking fee. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, £25 per change. Images are representative. Deposit and admin fee needs to be paid in advance. The rent payment is NOT monthly, but it's through installments. Rooms need to be booked with DOUBLE OCCUPANCY only, in case you need single occupancy, please talk to booking agent for quote.
