Welcoming Residence in Lisbon

We are the first creative co-living space in Lisbon, founded by a locally-based team. The project is building a creative and sustainable neighborhood in the capital of Portugal: a space composed of two coliving buildings, a coworking, an atelier and a public event venue. The property was brought into being by our urge to build a place based on creativity and community that could provide a different way of living. In addition to establishing a place where people could rest, create, and belong/linger, we wanted to have our personal values reflected in the entire project—family, community, respect, diversity, sharing, local and circular economy, art, and culture—in the hopes of becoming a viable solution to some of the biggest challenges we face today. What is included: All energy and water bills, weekly room cleaning, linen and towel changes, and restock of toiletries. Amenities: Air conditioning/heaters, superfast wi-fi, secured door entry, and code-lock doors. Access to: Hot desk at the co-working space and our creative community. BRINGING PETS AND SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN 1-BEDROOM APARTMENT. €200 fee is charged if you bring your pet, and if everything is satisfactory during check-out, this amount will be refunded.
