Our residence is located right on the Asprela university campus, close to the city’s main faculties and just 1 minute from the Pólo Universitário metro stop. You will also have access to all the necessary connections to reach the historic city centre and the Douro riverside by public transport. • • In this residence, you can choose from different accommodation options, from single or double rooms to all our premium studios with private terrace. All of them are characterised by their quality standards and avant-garde design. As for its facilities and services, you will have everything you need: gym, heated swimming pool, Wi-Fi, library and study area, leisure areas. In addition, we offer different cultural activities that will allow you to get to know the city better and socialise with your new housemates, as well as a variety of workshops that will help you on a personal and academic level. Everything so you feel at home and make the most of your experience. • • Cancellation policy: after confirming the reservation and completing the registration process (paying the additional fees and signing the contract), you will have a 4-day legal cancellation period (the reason for the cancellation will be evaluated by the landlord). • • Payment conditions: the administrative fee must be paid immediately by bank transfer, and the deposit must be paid before check-in. It is also necessary to complete a form that will be provided to you. Please note that you will be asked for proof of university attendance at the time of check-in.
