Contract available to start from 16th August 2025. Payment conditions: The admin fee needs to be paid immediately by bank transfer, and the deposit has to be paid before the check in. It's also necessary to fill a form that will be provided to you. Please note that only students will be admitted. A proof of university attendance will be requested upon check-in. Our student accomodation is located in the heart of the Campus de la Cartuja of the Universidad de Granada, a key location with a unique student scene. If you’re studying Economics, there’s no student residence closer to your faculty; in fact, we have a door opening directly onto the faculty building! And have we mentioned the views? From the rooftop, you’ll be able to see the whole city, and we have breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada.
