Caparica is a residential neighbourhood located in the south shore of the Tejo River in the district of Almada. Often mistaken by Costa da Caparica, Caparica doesn’t have beaches as its coastline is plated by the river. However it’s close location to the neighbourhood famous for the white-sand beaches, make it the ideal location for beach lovers and surfers. This calm area is full of residential buildings and its rental prices are usually lower than the neighbourhoods around that face the ocean and yet it enjoys the stunning views of the surroundings.
