During the day the neighbourhood often referred to as “Little Istanbul” is where you can find cafes and Turkish restaurants and markets where you can try Turkish-style soup and traditional Turkish tea. The street Pflügerstraße is a popular area for a Sunday brunch as the entire street is lined with one cafe after the other.
As the sun goes down, the neighbourhood reveals its array of bars. Neukölln is where you can experiment Berlin’s night time like a local. Although the area is known among the Berliners, not many tourists come here.

Please note that we have upgraded the kitchen to more storage and different new electronical devices. You now find a wasching maschine, a dryer and a dishwasher.

The flat was developed as a shared apartment concept and suits students and young professionals. The 5 room apartment will be shared by 5 roommates in a mixed-gender co-living concept. The individual rooms of the apartment complex are: - fully furnished (bed 100x200, duvet, pillow, bed linen, bed lamp with USB connection - desk, chair - spacious wardrobe and cupboards - Internet and electricity are included in the warm rent - fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, hoover) - underfloor heating - The kitchen and the two bathrooms will be shared between all flatmates - incl. a fortnightly cleaning of the common areas (kitchen floor and work surfaces and the bathrooms, private rooms are not included) Washing machines are available in the laundry room of the rear building. Chargeable over We wash app. The building is equipped with selected digital individual components (packing station, locking and doorbell system, digital letterboxes, consumption meters, etc.).

Please note in order to be accept, you must forward some documents: ID/passport enrollment from University/internship or work contract payslips from your guarantor as well passport from them. Cleaning fees are 180-200€ based on size of the flat. Also once you are accepted through Uniplaces, is requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before move-in, and cleaning final fee before the move-out. Move-ins can be schedule during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but has a deposit extra fee of 500. Anmeldung is provided
