The landlord was exceptional and very friendly, answered promply to any request I had and was quick to provide any documentation I needed for the financial office and the immigration office service.

The building is quiet, the furniture is ok and the utilities are great (and the monthly cost is very reasonable for water and electricity). The internet connection rocks! It's pretty far from the center but it is very close to Areosa bus station which means a lot of buses stop close and you can go anywhere in the city - there are several buses that go directly to the center of the city (305, 701, 702, 703) and many others for other directions (Parque Nascente is 4 stations away with 205 if you need a hyper market and shopping mall) and there's another bus that takes you to NorteShopping (16 stations in the other direction with 205)
