I could reach the city centre in 3 metro stops and I could walk my dog every morning and evening in the "parque del oeste" which is in front of the flat. The room was spacious and, for being summer, quite fresh because it faces the inner court. Both the landlord and the 2 roommates are respectful, kind and helpful. I really would like to come back to Madrid and stay again here!!!

The apartment is huge, hence everyone has enough privacy. Also, there are two bathrooms, of which one belongs to the landlady, while the other is to be shared among maximum 3 people. Moreover, during the week there is a porter who is very friendly and helpful. The house is furnished with anything you may need, maybe the only thing missing is a regular oven but there are two small ones that can be used instead. Another thing that I really liked is that there is a cleaning lady who comes very often to clean up the apartment! Finally, I loved the location of the apartment. The apartment is very close to a great park, as well as to many shops like Carrefour, El Corte Ingles and Zara! Moreover, the location is close enough to the center but at the same time is not noisy as other neighborhoods hence your sleep won't be disturbed at all!! I would recommend this apartment to everyone!!!
