THE APARTMENT: The apartment has nearly 60m2 is located on the ground floor and has a small patio included. The apartment is very luminous and beautifully decorated with art paintings on the walls and other objects. - The living room is quite large, with two windows to the street, has a sofa-bed that turns into a double bed, TV w/ Netflix, a table and a desk perfect to work. The wi-fi is 5G. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and all the necessary for cooking meals. The kitchen gives to the patio. - There is a nice one-bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and, has a window to the patio. - A small bathroom with a shower. - And finally, the small internal patio with a vertical garden. - By Vila Candida’s urban morphology itself which looks like a small condo, the environment is calm and familiar. - Free car park in front of the house. - The buildings are from 1910 and although apart have been restored, it has old infrastructure so, we kindly ask the tenants to treat the property with all the care that was given to them at the entrance. LOCATION & SERVICES: The apartment is located in Vila Cândida (1912-1915), one of Lisbon’s 350 historical and typical worker’s villages, built between 1870 and 1930. In a time when the lack of housing was beginning to be a serious hindrance to industrial development, some companies took the initiative to build housing units for their staff. The apartment is located 5-7 min from Graça’s district, is one of Lisbon's oldest suburbs, located on top of her highest hill, a few blocks north-east of the Castelo de Sao Jorge and just up the hill from São Vicente de Fora Monastery.
