This 36m2 apartment is located in ESTEFANIA / AREEIRO on the ground floor of our family building. It's brand new redone, fully furnished and equipped, Very good mattress. bath and kitchen linen You have a laundry on the ground floor of the building with all you need washing machine, dryer, iron, etc... shared with the 3 other studio guests renting on the ground floor. The place is perfectly located, 200m from the SALDANHA subway, with all commodities supermarkets, and a bakery, all around the building. The building patio is accessible only to guests from the ground floor as long as they respect the quietness of the place. Parties on the patio or bringing people there from the outside is totally forbidden. Since it's a family building, we ask guests to be respectful of the quietness. Very pleased to welcome you on your next stay in Lisbon. There is a common laundry per floor.
