The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer. In the gallery we can find a large desk, ideal as an office or reading corner // The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival // Prices for reservations of at least 3 months. For shorter bookings, please consult prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and advance notice of the date of entry into the apartment // Final cleaning: 300 euros. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 300 euros.
